RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Mastart Design, every product is crafted with intention and produced specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
Custom Products
All custom printed products, including apparel, mugs, posters, business cards, flyers, banners, stickers, and other personalized items, are made to order and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or provide a suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, and layout before production begins. Mastart Design is not responsible for errors present in approved proofs.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mastart Design is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact Mastart Design and we will gladly help investigate the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations, changes, or refunds cannot be processed.
