Custom Artwork

You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork submitted for production. Mastart Design is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer submitted content.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all design proofs before production begins. Once approval is confirmed, production starts and no further changes can be made.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

Mastart Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or content that is unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with our business standards.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of any logos, trademarks, images, or artwork they submit. Original designs created by Mastart Design remain the intellectual property of Mastart Design until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mastart Design’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
